As “Havana Hotel”, we would like to inform you that we act in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) regarding the processing, recording, transfer, sharing, and storage of all kinds of personal data and sensitive personal data belonging to our valued customers, and that we show the necessary sensitivity in this regard.

In accordance with this sensitivity and our Company Policy, we would like to state that; the data reaching our company is processed into the system only as much as necessary, as "what data we will collect is determined according to its purpose". Data declared by our valued customers and/or collected by automatic or non-automatic means are carefully processed, shared, transferred, and stored, accompanied by administrative and technical measures taken to increase the quality of the services we offer, and unnecessary data is deleted.

Processing of data: In order for you to benefit from the products and services we offer by customizing them according to the tastes and habits of our valued guests at the highest service quality, we collect your personal data within the limits determined by official legislation; We process it within the scope of the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698. Havana Hotel may process your personal data within the scope of carrying out basic company activities, marketing processes of products and services, reporting, analysis, customization, and legal obligations.

Transfer of data: We share it with our domestic or foreign affiliates, business partners, or public institutions due to a legal obligation.
